Each appointment includes an assessment, personalised acupuncture treatment and time to discuss your symptoms, progress and any questions you may have. Treatment is tailored to your individual needs, whether you’re seeking support with pelvic health, women’s health, continence, pain, digestive health, stress, sleep or general wellbeing.

There are simple options for an initial consultation, follow-up appointments and treatment plans for clients who choose to have a series of treatments.

If you have private health insurance, some policies may contribute towards acupuncture. Receipts are provided to support insurance claims, but cover varies between policies. Appointments are charged at the standard rate when using insurance.

My aim is to make the cost of your care transparent, with no pressure to purchase a treatment plan.

Treatment Plan Terms and Conditions

All treatment plans must be booked and paid for in full at the time of purchase.

Sessions must be used within the following timeframes:

3-Session Plan: within 6 weeks of the first session
6-Session Plan: within 10 weeks of the first session
12-Session Plan: within 18 weeks of the first session

Unused sessions remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Health Insurance Information

Some health insurance policies cover acupuncture treatments. If your policy includes complementary therapies, you may be able to claim back the cost of your appointment.

I provide receipts to support insurance claims, but coverage varies depending on your insurer and individual policy. I recommend checking directly with your insurer before booking to confirm whether acupuncture is covered and whether any referral or practitioner requirements apply.

When paying via health insurance, appointments are charged at the full standard treatment price. Discounts and treatment plan savings are not available when claiming through private health insurance.
