Treatment plans provide better value and more consistent results than booking individual sessions.

All treatment plans must be booked and paid for in full at the first session. Sessions are valid for a specified timeframe and must be completed by the following deadlines: 

• 3-Session Plan: To be used within 6 weeks of your first session.
• 6-Session Plan: To be used within 10 weeks of your first session.
• 12-Session Plan: To be used within 18 weeks of your first session.

Note: Unused sessions remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited without a refund

Some health insurance policies cover acupuncture treatments. If your policy includes complementary therapies, you may be able to claim back the cost of your appointment. I provide receipts to support insurance claims, but coverage depends on your individual insurer and policy terms. I recommend checking directly with your insurer before booking to confirm eligibility.

When paying via health insurance, appointments are charged at the full standard treatment price. Discounts are not available.
